	On UNIX mrd_startup(3mrd) can fail with the old status
	MRD_STATUS_STARTUP_ERROR.  I'll write up some standard
	text on it which can be included in the manual pages.
	This particular error is mapped from the UNIX error ENODEV.

    The current versions of the manual pages that reference
    MRD_STATUS_STARTUP_ERROR are using good text.
