    Same cust. different problem.
    
    This time the customer is trying to use the /LIST qualifier as per the
    PAB docs. but it errors everytime. I tried it in-house too on V2.0 and
    got the same thing. Below is a copy of what he's getting.

    The customer did mention though that there was a reference to ALTERNATE 
    BACKUP in the log file.
    
    I know the /LIST qualifier only works if the backup agent supports it.
    Is Alternate Backup the same as VMS backup, or something particualar to
    PAB that does not support  /LIST ?

    The /list qualifier did not work in V2.0 or V2.1.  It will be 
    available in the next version.
    
    Do NOT put the /list as an agent option, it will hang the backup.
    
    If you want a listing, then you'll need to create or modify the
    save or restore from the GUI.  Go to the agent options screen
    and select both SEPARATE LISTING and BRIEF LISTING, or if you
    want a full listing, just select SEPARATE LISTING.  Then you will
    get a listing file in ABS$LISTINGS.
