386.0. "Lookup command on Windows NT directory tree." by NBOFS1::SCHORR (Roland Schorr, DTN 895-6105) Tue Feb 25 1997 09:49
LOOKUP ON A COMPLETE WINDOWS NT DIRECTORY TREE REQUIRED
Hello,
I think currently there's no way to perform a catalog search for a
previousely saved Windows NT directory tree under ABS V2.1. You have
to know the complete directory path or the complete filename to use
a LOOKUP command.
Will there be a solution in the next version of ABS? For customers
trusting on ABS it is essential so see any previously saved file of
any directory tree by commands like:
ABS> LOOKUP /OBJECT_TYPE=WINDOWS_NT_FILES_GTAR "d:\subdirectory"
Regards,
Roland
