65.9New status for lookup "..." and RDB?ATZIS3::KARTNER_MHOUSTON, we have a problemTue Jun 03 1997 04:5315
    Hi!

    I've got the same questions as the author of this notesentry

    a) What's about "..." in lookup? Will it be included in you 6 month
       release? (it absolutely should)

    b) Whats the status concerning RDB restores to different locations
       wiht the current/6 month release of ABS?

    	a) multiple databases
    	b) single   databases

    							thanks
    							Michael
65.10Rdb can go to alternate locationCOOKIE::HEISLERChris Heisler, ABS EngineeringTue Jun 03 1997 08:354
    You can restore Rdb saves to alternate locations as far as I know.
    I do it in my tests.

65.11elipsis supportCOOKIE::LEWISTue Jun 03 1997 08:525
I believe the elipsis [...] will be supported and fixed in the next release.
I double check to be sure. (Of course it will be for VMS only, it doesn't make
sense for unix or nt.)

65.12Thanks for the response, some hints for RDB?ATZIS3::KARTNER_MHOUSTON, we have a problemWed Jun 04 1997 01:1311
    Hi!

    Thanks a lott for the fast response!

    Concerning the RDB question: We are just about to test this.
    How do I implement the restore to a different location? Do I
    use the option of the RESTORE_REQUEST "RESTORE TO DIFFERENT LOC."
    or should I add the needed RMU Qualifier within the "AGENT OPTIONS" ?

    							thanks
    							Michael

    Michael,

    	Just put a /DESTINATION=location on your restore request.
