    India played Jamaica in the first match on Tour which ended in a draw
    
    For India, Laxman scored 98, Dravid 86 and Ganguly 82 not out in a
    score of 323.
    
    For Jamaica, Laurie Williams in the first innings and Leon Garrick in
    the second got centuries
    
    Srinath, who had earlier missed the One-off Test against Australia due
    to a shoulder injury, is returning from the Carribean without playing
    any games due an aggravation of the same injury. No replacement has
    been named so far.
    
    The first Test starts on Thursday

    Not really my area but for those interested the Second test is now
    being played and I heard on the news that India have a 170 run lead
    over the windies in the First innings, with the Windies batting in
    their second dig being 1 for 24, I believe an Indian player got over
    200.
    I think the first test was drawn.
