358.0. "Adding colums to a table being replicated" by OSL09::BJARNE (endless loop (n). See LOOP, ENDLESS.) Thu Apr 10 1997 02:16
Hi!
My customer has a table that is replicated to two different servers.
Two different Publications are set up, because one of servers is a
WEB server on the outside of their firewall, and Internet users are not
allowed to see all columns in the table.
Now they want to add a new column to the table being replicated.
The column has to be replicated to their Intranet server, what has to be
done to make this happen? I don't think the column will be replicated
without doing some modifications.
The column is NOT going to be replicated to the outside world, so I guess
that this publication can stay untouched?
Any help appreciated.
