    I am talking to a customer who is having problems with SQL Server on an
    Alpha.  They are having problems I can't help with.
    
    Does Digital provide direct support for SQL Server?  What kind of
    support contract would let them get in touch with our SQL Server
    experts?

	Yes, we offer SQL Server suport through the Customer Support Center. I think Helpdesk level C will get you SQL support. And Bronze, Silver, and Gold will get you SQL support if you add 'PRODUCTION' software list to the main system. Or the customer can make a 'per call'. Mary Jo
