Hello,
The customer, the Stock Exchange, would inquire when the Y2000 ready
OpenVMS V6.2 is released end of calendar year 1997, does it come in the
form of a software OS patch, or does the customer need to re-install
the OS over again.
Please advise.
Best regards
Chris

We haven't begun serious work on V6.2, since our investigation on V7.1
isn't even complete yet. Given the low incidence of bugs, though, it's
likely to be a patch kit. Please make no customer promises at this
time since the details of delivery are not nailed down.
Karen.
