    This note is for hints, kinks and comments on locating year 2000
    issues within the code base.  If you've thought of some way to
    search out problems that isn't listed in any docs you've seen, or
    if you find some obscure problem and would like to share it in the
    hopes of helping others, please post it here.  
    
    Our OSSG investigation questionaire will contain a space for just
    such comments, and these will be automatically extracted and posted
