As this project (and conference) have grown, we've realized the need
for formal, as well as informal, communications in this forum.

I will be moving notes around this week to make way for official
announcements in the lower numbers of this conference. I intend
to reserve notes 1-10 for conference and official project notices.
I will not change the numbers of current official notes, such as
notes 5 and 6, but other notes will move, effecting your SEEN map.
I apologize in advance for the inconvenience of this, but I think
in the long run it'll make it easier for folks to find official
investigation guidelines, announcements and so forth.

    Thanks,
    Karen.

    re .1

You might want to set notes in that range (1-10) to disallow replies so that
only moderators can put notes there. [Please delete this note after
