I take the 3.2.2 Lb client with 3.2.2 server. I have the following problems. A - I want to send a qwick mail. If in my text, I insert a blank line in the text message, all the text insert after this line is removed when I send it to a user (I can't refind my text, definitively lost and the user don't receive it). B - I can't assign a workflow blueprint to an objet (drag and drop operation not working) C - When I assign a workflow to an objet, based on the role (by example the next stage is the quality manager of the marketing department) and when I send my object (drag and drop on the outbox icone), It's not working (no messages, nothing append). The object is still on my desk. Some Questions / requests A user can belong to several organisation units, with a specific role in each organisation. This is very good. When I define a workflow based on users, how can I see the fact I chose the user from a specific organisation (interesting if the user belongs to several organisation) Is it possible to have a graphical representation that a deadline and/or a remark are defined for a stage (something like the yellow icone for the pre/post condition, or the hand for a manual stage). thanks a lot Best Regards Andre

Andre, A - I want to send a qwick mail. If in my text, I insert a blank line in th text message, all the text insert after this line is removed when I send it to a user (I can't refind my text, definitively lost and the user don't receive it). ---> Indeed. Problem report is entered B - I can't assign a workflow blueprint to an objet (drag and drop operation not working) ---> This is not finnished yet. C - When I assign a workflow to an objet, based on the role (by example the next stage is the quality manager of the marketing department) and when I send my object (drag and drop on the outbox icone), It's not working (no messages, nothing append). The object is still on my desk. ---> This is solved now. Some Questions / requests A user can belong to several organisation units, with a specific role in each organisation. This is very good. When I define a workflow based on users, how can I see the fact I chose the user from a specific organisation (interesting if the user belongs to several organisation) ---> Well it will still be the same user. It does not matter from which OU you selected this user, the WF will end up in his mail inbox anyway. Is it possible to have a graphical representation that a deadline and/or a remark are defined for a stage (something like the yellow icone for the pre/post condition, or the hand for a manual stage). ---> I'm afraid it is too late for that now. Maybe it can come on the list for a next release. Thanks, Jos |
