Hi,
Can  somebody explain to me following OPCOM messages ?

customer has problem with network on as2100 , which is connected to 
Gigaswitch. Green led on network intarface light (physical connection was        
OK ) , but network (decnet, LAT, IP ) doesnt work. 
No errors are in errorlog.
After reboot everything works properly
