    Hello,
    
    
    Some time ago, un IPMT had been submitted CFS46471. 
    This IPMT related the hang of a cluster member in NET$DRIVER in
    DECnet/OSI 6.3 ECOx.
    The solution had been to apply a new NET$SESSION_CONTROL.
    This new module has solved the problem.
    
    But now this customer plans to upgrade in 7.1 during the next summer.
    He his very anxious to know if the patch that solved his problem
    will be incorporated in a 7.1 ECO and when.
    
    
    Could someone answer this question?

    Hi Francoise,
    
    This fix in NET$session_control to complete the I/O request 
    with NET$_REMOTEDISCONN which maps to a VMS status of 
    SS$_LINKDISCON will definitely be included in V7.1 ECO1.
