    Hello.
    
    I think I found the a solution to this in 6.3-ECO6 release notes, but
    want to have it confirmed.
    
    Customer running OpenVMS Alpha V6.2-1H2. DECnet OSI 6.3-ECO2. When
    deleting a previously stopped circuit the system crashed.

    first of all, please send your CLUE file to the CANASTA Mail Server, to
    make sure, that your crash footprint gets entered into the CANASTA
    world-wide crash database. See instructions in VAXAXP::VMSNOTES #233
    
    This SAME problem seem to have been reported in note 3569 as well. At
    that time, it was suggested to raise an IPMT ...
