    Hi all,
    
    using DECnet-OSI 6.3, ECO5, when loading a DECserver 90TL successfully,
    no OPCOM-messages are generated, neither to the console nor the
    operator.log
    
    There are no event filter set, apart from the defaults of a 
    net$configure.
    
    Any help will be highly appreciated.

	Most likely this is known problem and fixed in eco #6. see release notes. You are also missing X.25 related events. _veli
