hello,
a customer is having the following problem:
on vax 6620's and vax 7620's , openvms 6.2 , decnet osi 6.2-eco8
with more than 1200 osi transport active connections, the
ncl command "show osi transport port *" returns
"ncl-e-overflowbytlim, exceeded bytlim quota or maxbuf"
He increased maxbuf at maximun value (64000) but this did
not solve the problem.
the process net$acp has bytlim = 492896
the process that issue the command has bytlim = 149808
Any help will be very appreciated

| Bytlim should be the answer, in this case the account where CML is
running.
