3860.0. "DECnet/OSI V6.3ECO5 crash with Invexceptn pc000B0004" by HTSC19::KENNETH () Wed Feb 05 1997 03:47
Hi,
I am facing a problem on DECnet/OSI V6.3 ECO5 which after net$configure
and reboot will always crash with INVEXCEPTN. After analyzing the dump
I found that it looks like a bug on TIMA STAR title:
Invexceptn Bugcheck on Alpha with DE205. pc 000B0004 00000004.
My customer is indeed using a DE205 card and I swap the card with PCI DE435
everything works fine.
The article mention the crash should be fixed by ALPLAN03_062. However,
the patch is on hold.
Is there anybody know the current status of the fixed?
The information of my crash is as below:

3860.1 | Sorry, this is not a DECnet kit | BULEAN::TAYLOR | | Sat Feb 15 1997 22:04 | 4 |
| This is a VMS patch kit. We believe this is
should be fixed now, but we don't have this kit.
