			Hi!

 I have strange problem with local dns. Decnet Osi version 6.3 eco 5.

 The problem started like this

 Node MITT have proxy login on node HUGIN
 Both are VMS decnet phase V 6.3 eco 5

 If I do on node MITT
 dir HUGIN::

 I'll got on HUGIN opcom message

 Why is Remote node id zero?
 Remote node id:     0000000000000000000000000000000000
 and why is Remote node fullname:     12000?

 On node HUGIN there is DNS server.

 To get this work. On node MITT I made deregister node HUGIN 
 ncl>flush session control naming cache entry "HUGIN"
 and register node HUGIN
 after these steps it works ok.

 Can someone please explain why. If I have understan correct cache should
 be involved just on incoming case.
 
 I have one more problem with node MITT. With decnet_register If I'll do
 Update registered node towers. It will hang.
 Here is part of the exportfile. Why does node Mitt have just SC3 and 
 no Tower on SC2?
