2223.13Does it run with OpenVMS V6.0?IOSG::UTES09::EIJSAll in 1 PieceThu Mar 06 1997 06:4011

    Hi,

    Just wondering, as I cannot find an IGUIDE quickly.

    Does DECnet/OSI V6.1 run with OpenVMS V6.0? Or should we consider
    DECnet/OSI V6.0 with all possible ECO's?

    Regards,

    	Simon

	Simon,

	Anyone running OpenVMS V6.0 is not serious about having a reliable
	system, anyway, so I wouldn't bother to try finding a reliable
	DECnet/OSI to run on it!

	In other words, don't waste your time on (or anyone else's by asking
	questions about) either VMS V6.0 or DECnet/OSI V6.0.

	BTW: There never was an ECO kit for DECnet/OSI V6.0, unless you
	count V6.1 as the mandatory ECO.

	Regards,

		John
