Just so that anyone searching this notes conference will get the correct
and relevant cross-reference ...
The discussion of NSAP <-> DTE mapping has recently been reopened in note
3900, so please refer to that before jumping to any conclusions based on
this note.
In particular, both inbound and outbound mapping seems to work for me without
requiring a work-around.
