Hello guys,

I think that all of our customer have done a meeting and decided to
call together for unknown nsr problems.

After these of this morning (SEE PREVIOUS NOTE), I received another
ununderstandable call.

Comet, Legato search engine and other database doesn't give to me
reached information : 

Customer called because he found the following in this console :

NSRINDEXD : SESSION START FAILED FOR SYSADMIN : ERROR 1004.
SYSADMIN : BOOTSTRAP SAFE SYSTEM ERROR : I/O ERROR.
NSRMMDBASM DIED WITH SIGNAL 13 WHEN SAVING MMVOLUME ...

Does somebody already see that message ???

Customer had previously install nsr patches until level12.

I recently rode that for NSR4.3, OSF patches 70 and 71 must be
installed before installing 4.3. 
Does customer install these patches on nsr-server ???

Ideas... ??? Explanations ... ????

 yes. do a kernel build with the patches installed, then install NetWorker
 V4.3 - insure you get the corrcet patches (for V4.0A DUnix, or V4.0B DUnix)!

Thanks to .4 for the confirmation about NSR4.3 and patches.

Does my customer install these same patches for OSF4.0B and nsr4.2B ???
And any other ideas for these error messages ?????
