I am working on a large Networker HSM opportunity for a major customer. The deal is coming near to closure now and the customer has some major concerns: the fact that this is the 1st release of Networker HSM from Digital, what will it's quality be, and the lack of references. Does anyone have any information that I can pass on to my customer to put his fears to rest? Even internal testimonials would be better than nothing. This is a long time Digital customer who has suffered through some "so-so" 1st releases, hence his apprehension. This is also a very strategic deal, with an existing turbolaser cluster upgrade and several new servers at stake. The competition is Veritas' OpenVision on Sun. This is Q4 business and we need to do everything we can to close this. Any info greatly appreciated, Mark
