I have a customer who is using Networker in conjunction with a Qualstar TLS4420 8 mm tape autochanger. They are not able to make use of the autochanger functions. Is there any hope that this problem can be solved if we ensure that all the software is up to rev? I recognize that this unit is not supported but I would like to help the customer out if there is a chance it might be made to work. Thanks in advance. BC

You don't list the type of operating system or the version of NetWorker that is in use. If this is for DIGITAL UNIX then version 4.2a and up may work. If they are already at that version or above then there isn't much we can do. | |||||
