706.0. "empty server list = access from all?" by SANITY::LEMONS (And we thank you for your support.) Thu May 22 1997 13:06

    Hi

I'm installing NetWorker Client for Digital UNIX on a number of
systems. At the point in the installation that reads:

"The nsrexecd program restricts access to a select set of NetWorker
servers. Please enter the names of each computer running a NetWorker
server that will back up this computer, one name at a time. If a
computer has more than one network interface, please enter each
interface's name (one at a time).
Enter the first NetWorker server's name [no more]: "

If I enter NO servers, will this default to allowing access from all
    NetWorker servers?

    Thanks

man nsrexecd is not clear...

I believe it will prevent access if there are NO servers listed in
/nsr/res/servers (or equivalently, no -s option in command)
