I apologize if this question is very basic, but I don't have any experience (yet) in using Networker. My customer has bought Networker but hasn't received it yet. In the meantime they are using a loan of products version. Their license has now expired and the only way to get the software working again is to deinstall Networker and reinstall. How can I save the current backup profile information that they use for their backups so that I can easily import it into the new installation? This is for the Alpha NT server/client version (4.3). Thanks, Kevin

There is no easy way to save that information and have NetWorker not know that you've had it installed before (which would cause your evaluation enabler to expire). |
