669.1 | DMO1 + V4x do NOT work | NNTPD::"[email protected]" | Richard Carter | Mon May 12 1997 09:49 | 13 |
| re -1
Sorry, typo.
I believe that NSR V4.x and DMO V1 do NOT work together, so I like to
try and leave everything in place until DMO v2; whilst still upgrading
the OS.
Could this work?
Regards,
Richard.

| Yes, you can run DU V4.0b, NSR V3.2A and DMO V1 together.
SSB submit for DMO V2.0 either just happened, or is just about to
happen. It should ship within the next few weeks.

669.4 | You MUST reinstall NetWorker after the upgrade!!! | DECWET::FARLEE | Insufficient Virtual um...er.... | Tue May 20 1997 18:00 | 9 |
| NOTE:
In order for NSR V3.2A to work correctly after you upgrade from
UNIX V3.2g to 4.0, you MUST de-install and re-install NetWorker.
The NetWorker installation dynamically sets up some symbolic links
depending on the version of the operating system that it is installed
on. These MUST be different for 3.2x or 4.0.
