Looking at the 'messages' log file and I ran across a line that suggest 
mounting a tape to relabel but it never mounted and relabeled a tape.  We 
have 'Auto Media Management' enabled.  I was talking with another person 
here at the customer site that ran into the same situation and he was told 
that there is a bug with 'Auto Media Management' under v4.3 and told to 
disable it and manually label the tapes.  Is this true?
