I trying to setup the completed savegroup mail messages I get from Networker to automatically go into Echange folders. Right now every completed mail messages just says "server engbss completed savegroup", I want to include the specific group in the completed mail message but I can't seem to figure out how to do that. How do you include the specific saveset group in the completed message. Thanks, Chris

I've already been there, the reason I was asking to change the subject line is because I can't get anything unique in the message body. I get the group name that completed, but I also want to check for (All Completed), I only want failed backups in my inbox.. I tried using a rule with multiple strings seperated by a ';', but that doesn't seem to work. DO you know how to say pass the Networker group variable in the notification subject line. HI, You should create your own script. This script shouls read the standard input and analyze the received strings, and than you can mail what you want to anybody you want. In the savegroup notification, remove the "mail" command and place your own script. Use full pathname to be sure. Manu. |
