I'm attempting to get nsr 4.3 to work on NT3.51 without any success. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Particulars: System: Alpha 1000 4/266 OS: NT 3.51 SP 5 Tape: TLZ07 W/TLZ7L Autoloader Installation: 1. No errors on standard installation 2. Ran jbconfig and found autoloader Problem: When attempting to label tapes returns error "Slot Empty". I manually loaded tape and tested tape drive using standard NT backup utility. Thanks Rafael

I don't remember if SP5 includes support for TLZ7L, you want to check that. 1. Delete the autoloader. 2. Eject the cassette using frontpanel 3. Replace the cassette. 4. Redefine the autoloader 5. Try to label a tape. | |||||

You must be a magician! Thanks that worked. All I have to do know is learn how to use it. Rafael |
