    Note 13.2 mentions that the latest ULTRIX kit is version 2.  Yet, I
    find a 'decsystem.tar.Z' file in
    ftp://ftp.zso.dec.com/pub/networker/kits/ClientKits/CPI.Unix.Clients/v3.0/,
    leading me to believe that a version 3 kit is available.  Which kit
    should I be using, version 3 or version 2?

The Client Kit has version numbers that are independent of the 
version numbers of the clients that it contains.

V3.0 of the Client Kit includes V2 of the ULTRIX client.
