Apologies for posting this but we are getting desperate!
We are in the unfortunate position of having sold a customer the NSR
product but have no one capable of delivering backup strategy
planning and NSR installation and configuration! Customer is
downsizing from IBM mainframe so has quite stringent views on what
constitutes a backup strategy! Is there anybody in the U.K. who can
assist for 2 or 3 days to resolve this customers problems, this is
creating a serious credibility issue with the customer.
