Hello, A partner has a problem with the License and Autochanger key's on WNT Networker V4.3. Customer uses a TZ887 and ordered a Autochanger License for this. QM-563AA-AA License. according to SPD 61.27.01 is valid for (1-6 slots) On page 4 of the SPD it states that you require a 1-8 Slots Autochanger License which should be valid for TZ887. Problem: The authorisation sheet which the customer recieved with Networker contains the enabler-code for the autocahnger. The costomer say's that the sheet wth the enabler code states that it is valid for 1-8 slots. (like a TZ887, 7-slots). But when he tries to register the enabler code for the Autochanger Networker gives the Warning message that it is only valid for 1-6 slots. Can some explain how to solve the customer issue.? Why is there this confusion arround 1-8 slots and 1-6 slots in the SPD.? Our bulk of licensees are for the 7 loaders. What is the Autochanger License to sell with the TZ887?. Unfortunately, you've caught an error in the SPD. Prior to V4.3 the first tier autochanger was for 1-6 slots. In V4.3 we change it to 1-8 slots. The SPD will be corrected. If your customer purchased V4.3 and an autochanger license for 1-8 but received an autochanger license for 1-6 then that is a mistake and we will need to get your customer the correct autochanger enabler code. If this is the case, please send me the customer name, address, etc. along with the fax number so that I can fax a new enabler code to them. However, if your customer purchased their autochanger license with V4.2 with the 1-6 slot autochanger then the customer will have to purchase a new license for the additional slot functionality.
