We have a customer who already has an Oracle site license including the Oracle Enterprise Backup Utility. As such it will be a bit difficult to sell the the DMO add-in to Networker. However, we would like to integrate Oracle Enterprise Backup Utility with our Networker products. Question is - can it be done easily? Thanks in advance, Paul.

Paul, OEBU does not backup an Oracle database by itself. It must be integrated with another backup utility, such as NetWorker. This is exactly what DMO is for. Should be an easy sell if the customer is already using NetWorker. Wes |
