I have a customer who was running NSR/NT 4.2a and 'updated' to NSR/NT 4.3. There were no errors during the update. He restarted his NT 4.0 system and now his NSR clients are not able to connect to the new NSR 4.3 server, they get 'unknown host'. The only client able to connect to the server is itself, and it is administrator. Any clues? Ed Whittington NT/Backoffice

They changed something in addition to upgrading NetWorker, my guess is they changed the server's IP name. Mark |
