Hi, I have the following problem with NETWORKER 4.3 for ALPHA NT NT V4.0 (with and without service 2) When trying to install the new kit I get the following message. Networker 3.51 User is running Please close all Networker windows before restarting SETUP I have tried removing the original networker by hand and removed all registry entries and rebooted?. Any idea where I go from here? Kev Martin

Belay that order, matey. You probably have a window open, eg a command prompt window, that you gave the title "NetWorker" to. Close that window. If it still doesn't work, mail me the output from nsrsup.bat. On of the checks that the installation makes is that none of the GUIs are running from previous versions. If they were, the installation would be unable to replace those files. The way the installation tells is to check on the window's title. The 3.51 gui was entitled "NetWorker". Mark | |||||

It was the window with the name networker being open was the problem Ta very much | |||||
