    A customer called in with this problem:
    
        He has an AlphaStation 250 4/266 running Windows NT 4.0 w/ service
    	pack2 and Unigraphics v11.1.3.  He just installed the latest graphics
    	drivers (tgav41.zip for his ZLXp-E1).  When he goes into the UG Drafting
    	module and drags a dimension to a new location, the screen doesn't
        automatically refresh to clean up the previous dimension location
    	(or intermediate drag locations).  He has to use the MB3 menu
    	option REFRESH to clean up the screen.
    
        He said this problem did NOT occur on the same machine when he was
        running Windows NT 3.51 with the same graphics card and the tga
    	driver for NT 3.51.
    
        He's running the UG session in XWI mode (vs. OGL).  When he rotates
    	the model in wireframe display mode, it works fine...it doesn't leave
    	any trace graphics on the screen, and a manual REFRESH is NOT needed.
    
        Any ideas on why this is happening ?
    
        He has the CONTROL PANEL setting for "...show contents of window
    	while dragging" OFF.
