We installed the EFT version of Pathworks 32 in a customer's installation some months back to demonstrate its functionalities. Bureaucracies within the customer's organization kept us from installing the SBB version. The EFT version mentions a expiration date. What happen when we reach that date? When we get the SBB version, do we have to reinstall everything, or do we just apply the license? [Posted by WWW Notes gateway]

eXcursion stops working... other things will not. EFT is not supported, you MUST upgrade. Period. EFT is an external field test version, and NOT SUPPOSED to be used past the field test date... Field test for PATHWORKS 32 terminated a while back, so... you are in violation of this agreement. I for one will not answer questions on EFT problems (unless they are "was this fixed"). Do not allow this to continue, as the customer will get ZERO support Jeff | |||||

Thanks for your input. We are already in the process of getting the properly licensed SBB version. [Posted by WWW Notes gateway] |
