    I have two customer with the same problem, one is using telnet the
    other is using lat, and they both have a problem doing F2 or
    file/printscreen.It seems to go the printer, because the received led 
    flashes, but then it stops and no print out.If we open notepad and
    print from there it works fine, we cannot reproduce the problem 
    here in the CSC lab.Any ideas on how to find the problem in this one?

    Is the customer running this one or later for PW32?

    I have a customer that is experiencing the same problem as in .0. I
    also caanot reproduce the problem in-house. I, like my customer, am
    running v7.0.033 of vt320.exe.

    Hi gang,
    
    One of my compatriots here at ALF has elevated a PW32 VT320 Print
    Screen problem.  It seems that if you print to a PostScript printer,
    then all is fine.  But print to non-PostScript, like HP laser
    printers, and nothing happens.  We redirected print output to a
    file, but all that appeared was the HP init string code.  No data
    was in the file.
    
    The last I heard, issue was in QAR status.

    With reference to .3 and .4, my customer is running v4.00.950 of Windows
    95 and is try to print to a HP Laserjet.

    In both my cases the pc are at v4.00.1111 we tried with v4.00.950 and
    that works fine wether postcript or not.But using v4.00.1111 is used it
    doesn't print at all wether postscript or not.I have IPMT both my cases
    i suggest everybody do the same to get as many cases as possible.
