nt 4.0 workstation with tcp/ip and netbeui installed.
after installing pathworks 32 with decnet,lat, licensing etc..
you are no longer able to messure the netbeui parameters with performance
monitor. the object netbeui is gone and new decnet related objects are not
created because of the following errors:
