    Hello.
    
    My customer uses Window95(Korean Language).
    he cannot start the DECnet, after install the pathworks32.
    His computer is Trigem 586 Notebook computer.
    He uses NE2000 compatible network adapter.
    He used well the NETBeui, TCP/IP protocol with the network adapter.
    After install the Pathworks 32, after reboot, the message box
    display like this 
    	
    		MIcrosoft Networking
    	when reading 1 protocol number, following error occured.
    	   ERROR 59 : Network error occured.
    
    The message displays with the Local language.
    So, The exact spelling can be different on Win95/English.
    At the above message,the number "1 protocol number" varies each install
    time like " 0 protocol number" etc. 
    When we see the ncp state, the DECnet state on NCP is always OFF.
    What can be the reason of not starting Pathworks on his PC ?

    take a look at the PW event log.  Given that it's a "ne2000
    compatible", I'd suspect that the Station Address isn't being set - see
    the PW3 release notes.
