    Hi ,
    
    This may have been asked before and if so I apologise. 
    
    My customer called today in frustration because having just received
    their SYS-UPG licences and have been unable to get the new licences to
    work with thier V5 server unless they have both the previous NT4.1b
    license loaded and the new license loaded.
    
    How many and what licenses are required to be loaded for a) an PW32
     upgrade kit and b) a new PW32 kit , to connect to V5 servers ?

	please see note 120. The license they received is likely only the license to run the PW32 client software, not one to access their servers.
