	The customer has installed POWERTERM 525 , the customer has an 
	application which uses SOFT Fonts. The application seems to have
	a number of problems with displaying lines, and also it appears
	to change fonts while typing. The customer has tested the application
	on Digital Terminals, as well as on KEA term and it works fine on both 
	Does anyone have any suggestions or is this escalation time.
