    The SSB version of PW32 does not set NCP MAX LINKS to more than 255.
    NCP Help says, the max value is 1024 and a NCP> define max link 1024
    works ok. NCP> list exec char shows 1024 but NCP> show exec char is 
    always 255. 
    This problem was already QARed for EFT1 and a patch was available.
    Is the patch also for SSB and can it be made available ?
