Pathworks daily kit installed on 21 march from \\lanmgr\pw32daily\alpha\
Winsock2 APIs

WSASocket() call fails with WSAENOBUFS (10055). 

When this happens the appl. has already created some no. of sockets (<50) and 
closed them. The no. of of DECnet links is less than 10 (as shown by ncp show 
known links), and the max links has been set at 64.

What circumstances would return me this error?

	Only a reboot seems to clear this condition. Setting the executor OFF/ON doesn't help.
