    An nt 4.0 system that was upgraded from 3.5 & pw 4.1b can not install
    pw32.  The removal of the old version had to be done by removing all
    references to "streams" and "pathworks".  
    
    If the install of pw32 can see the old version, why doesn't it remove
    it properly?
