    Hello,
    Customer is asking why the altavista tunnel server tunadmin.tcl
    has these end points in it.
    # grep 199 tunadmin.tcl
        gdbm store $db "outbound $server_id" $server_id 199.1.0.1 199.1.0.2
    255.2556
        gdbm store $db "inbound $server_id" $server_id 199.1.0.2 199.1.0.1
    255.255.6
    
    These are not unregistered address as far as I know, and show up 
    on all tunnel server running unix/ I don't know about NT.
