I am installing Forum 2.0 on NT 3.51 with service pack 5 and receiving
the following error mssges: "Butler failed to create profile using
command from temporary file D:\win32appl\avf\butler.tmp" follows with:
"an error detected creating the access control area. Altavista forum
setup program exiting". I have taken all the defaults during
installation.

Is the product being installed on the same disk as the operating
systems? And is the disk formatted as ntfs? This is typically see when
one or both of these conditions is not satisfied.
