Mass, for the most part Don is open water. According to
records Houghtons pond iced out the earliest since records
were kept. (Records had been kept for 120 years...)
Were fortunate that the rains have made up for lack
of snow and the waters levels should be up for the
spring.
Fishing is stating early this year!
Let's see, I fished up to Thanksgiving... I'll
be out this weekend down the cape! 3 months!!
Hardly worth winterizing!

| When I drove accross the Long Island bridge on Winni this AM there
was a Winnabago about 1/4 mile west of the bridge on the ice.

| Horseshoe Pond in Merrimack is almost completely open.
Pennichuck in Nashua/Merrimack is opening fast.
Any reports from further north?
