Its O-Fish-al. I launched at WEBSTER last Sunday. I
enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Carl's diner for
starters. Boat started effortlessly. Let's see wasn;t
it just Nov 22nd that I put it away...It was a LONG
4 months!
I mostly played with my new GPS unit...
I saw one long thing chase my worm and a smallie
looked at my crankbait as it it were from Mars...
Going out again Saturday...

Howdy,
Winnie was *real* fun this weekend. We had a NHB tourney
on Saturday. Lovely weather, 39 degrees rainy and foggy,
though at least the wind held off until near the end of
the day.
Water temps still in the low to mid forties, smallies
decidedly finicky.
Tourney results?? *NO* limits! That's the first time I've
ever seen that happen during a spring winnie tournament for
NHB. Winner had 7+ lbs (3 fish).
Boy, could we use some nice weather!

GWW was there the same time you folks were
Jack Wisuri win with 12.78 (4 fish 2 weighins)
The top 8 places were between 9-12lbs.
I'm going up next week hope it gets better!!!

| Last Saturday I had a club tournament on Bare Hill Pond. Some
of the LM bucks were on the beds, but difficult to get them to
hit anything. My partner and I had located a couple of bucks,
gave them a shot, then moved off them for awhile. When we came
back for another shot at them, there was another boat already
working them. I noticed it was Tony, the hit man, Catuogno.
As soon as we told him we were fishing a tournament, he moved
off the fish to give us another chance. Mucho thanks buddy,
appreciate it. It's not every day you see sportsmanship like
that. Just another reason why I miss the Friday tournaments.
