Questions:
I have vms v4.7 and i like to know if i need to apply
the delta time patch that was announced for openvms 5.5
or higher.
Please, response me asap because i have a realtime
application that i can't stop.
if there is a problem, please include any information
to resolve it.

| Probably not. The only applications which would need the patch, running on
VMS versions earlier than 5.5-2, are those which attempt to compute delta-times
using LIB$ routines with a base date in 1970 (or earlier). Please see
